Our team develops and operates serverless compute services that let developers run their applications without provisioning or managing servers, either virtual machines or bare metal. Our services can scale user code from zero to hundreds of thousands of requests per second.
Responsibilities

Play an active role in the system design process.
-
Improve service reliability.

Optimize for performance as we strive to reduce user cold start times to tens of milliseconds.

Implement new features to make the user experience smoother.
Expectations
-
3+ years of professional software development.
-
Working knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures.
-
Experience developing software in Go or the willingness to learn.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Working experience with QEMU or other virtualization software, the Linux kernel, and its network stack.

Experience working with configuration management systems and infrastructure-as-code tools.

Experience developing serverless applications.
